The Senior Manager will be a key leader within our procurement team, developing and leading a category management strategy to optimize external spend for US and Global Marketing.

- Collaborating with wide-range of cross-functional leaders to identify value creation opportunities and build effective sourcing strategies for the Marketing category
- Developing, tracking and executing a pipeline of initiatives and benefits
- Directing complex sourcing events and negotiations across different marketing categories, with a focus on Online Media, Offline Media and Digital Agencies.

- Vast knowledge and interest in strategic sourcing and continuous improvement processes with demonstrated experience in spend analysis, managing sourcing events, and generating value
- Strong quantitative and analytical experience (either through education or professional experience)
- Professional training in negotiation practices a plus
- Flexibility to travel (up to 10%) if needed
