Realizar o atendimento, lançamento dos pedidos do ponto de venda no sistema, bem como fechar a fatura e efetuar a cobrança, fechamento do caixa no final do dia, além de oferecer um serviço personalizado, cumprindo com as políticas, procedimentos e padrões estabelecidos pelo hotel e pela marca, Saudar cordialmente os hóspedes, fazer contato visual e chama-lo pelo nome, Apresentar, sugerir e detalhar os itens do cardápio (pratos, bebidas etc.) aos clientes, bem como anotar pedidos nos diversos Pontos de Venda, conhecendo o tempo de preparo de cada prato, ingredientes utilizados e apresentação.
