Job Description
岗位职责：
1、对接海内外客户，充分沟通、梳理和分析客户需求，设计和编写有竞争力的、可落地的乘用车自动驾驶解决方案；
2、解读客户需求，主导ADAS项目可行性分析，完成技术方案设计、成本估算及风险评估，输出定制化解决方案（技术方案书、原型设计文档等）；
3、面向主机厂、Tier1等客户进行技术宣讲、产品演示及POC（概念验证）测试，高效解答客户技术疑问，推动项目落地；
4、将客户需求转化为ADAS系统开发输入（功能定义、性能指标等），带领内部团队撰写《产品需求规范》《系统架构设计文档》；
5、跟踪智能驾驶行业趋势（如L2+/L3技术演进、域控制器架构、传感器融合方案等），收集分析竞品技术路线及客户反馈，提炼差异化优势，并优化方案设计；
6、整合售前阶段的市场趋势，收集市场产品信息，参与相关业务与产品规划，协助进行公司核心产品的优化和迭代。
Qualifications
职位要求：
1、具备智能驾驶产品的深度认知 ，具备与主机厂的交流对接能力；
2、熟悉智驾模块业务，市场竞争态势，产品功能表现及技术特点 ；
3、具备流利的英语产品讲解能力或具备海外主机厂对接经验（获取国内/国际项目经验优先） ；
4、具备工程开发/产品经理/智驾项目经理背景的优先 ；
5、具备商务工作背景/售前解决方案背景的优先。
6、5年以上ADAS研发或售前技术支持经验，熟悉车载传感器（摄像头、毫米波雷达、激光雷达）及域控制器相关算法和指标；
7、负责过至少1个完整ADAS量产项目（如L2++级功能开发），熟悉ASPICE、ISO 26262等车规标准者优先；
8、出色的客户沟通能力，能将复杂技术语言转化为客户可理解的商业价值；
9、逻辑严谨，具备技术方案风险评估及成本控制意识；
