Description du poste
Dans le cadre d’une activité de maintenance applicative, le consultant intervient sur le support et l’évolution de la solution Flexera.
Principales responsabilités :
● Assurer le support fonctionnel et technique de niveau 2/3.
● Analyser et résoudre les incidents et anomalies.
● Réaliser les corrections et évolutions de la solution.
● Effectuer le paramétrage et l’administration fonctionnelle de Flexera.
● Contrôler la qualité des données et des interfaces.
● Participer aux tests, recettes et mises en production.
● Assurer la documentation et le reporting de l’activité TMA.
Qualifications
Profil Recherché :
- Bac+3/5 en informatique ou systèmes d’information.
- Expérience de 3 ans et plus en maintenance applicative.
- Bonne connaissance de Flexera, idéalement Flexera One / FlexNet Manager.
- Connaissances en SQL et en gestion des licences logicielles / SAM.
- Bonne capacité d’analyse et de résolution d’incidents
- Bonne maitrise du cadre ITIL
- Français courant et anglais professionnel.
- Autonomie, rigueur et bon relationnel.
