Job Description

Location:  Catterick Integrated Care Centre (CICC), Catterick Garrison, DL9 4EU

Pay rate: £13.03 per hour

Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Shift Pattern: Shift times between 0800 and 1800

We’re looking for a Retail Supervisor to join our friendly team at CICC. If you’re passionate about delivering great service and are ready to take the lead, this could be the perfect role for you!

You'll lead a dedicated team delivering an outstanding retail service within a modern healthcare facility supporting both military and civilian healthcare services.

What you’ll do

As Retail Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to person for the Retail services on site, taking charge of the Café, hospitality and vending services . You’ll help lead the team, keep things running smoothly, and make sure every customer leaves with a smile.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Running shifts and delivering an efficient, welcoming retail outlet.
• Opening and closing the store, managing the cashless services, placing orders, and managing deliveries.
• Leading and developing your team of retail assistants.
• Keeping the retail outlet and dispensing machines safe, clean, and well-stocked.
• Managing costs and reducing waste.

Qualifications

• You’ve lived in the UK for the past 3 years and have the legal right to work.
• Able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
• Previous retail or supervisory experience is a bonus, but your leadership skills and customer focus matter most!
